Matt built his first custom home at the age of nineteen and he has been working in the Portland area since 1995. He enjoys each phase of a project, from excavation and concrete formwork to interior finish.
As a foreman on the Portland light rail system, Matt honed his skills for heavy construction including excavation and grading, underground utilities and complicated concrete structures. Working as a lead carpenter for local contractors, Matt provided hands-on supervision for second story additions, kitchen and bath remodels and other residential projects.
Above all, Matt enjoys the satisfaction of creating beautiful and lasting homes from quality materials.
